In case of shareholder’s death, how to transfer Inheritance to heirs?

Please send us a copy of the death certificate.
Open an account in the name of heirs of the deceased person.
Original share certificate for the deceased (if not delivered before).
Copy of the limitation of succession decision or distribution of estate.
Power of attorney by the heirs to one of them to deal with securities on their behalf in accordance with a valid power of attorney certified by a notary public with duration of not more than three years or a power of attorney issued by Dubai Financial Market, the attorney will have the sole right to manage the account.
Valid passport copies for the attorney and the heirs or the National ID (for UAE nationals).
